Kite Workshop

An uplifting and soulful kite workshop, in the open space!
Come learn how to assemble and fly kites in this unique workshop!
Our workshop is inspired by our son, Ziv, who was diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder, and his deep love for assembling and flying kites.
Together we will learn about the various components of different kites, and how to assemble them (using sample kites). Next, individuals will get to design and build their own kite - using the colorful and diverse materials available.
When everyone has finished assembling and tying, we do a short demonstration of the right way to fly a kite - and will help guide participants as they try out their own creations. This portion lasts about 30 mins - though participants are welcome to continue flying kites well after we finish!
