Avilana’s Jachnun

Welcome to our family Yemenite kitchen! Ilana lovingly bakes many pastries and treats - including Jachnun, Malawach, and Kubana. Recipes have been passed down from generations - mostly recently from Ilana’s mother, Rivkah Avraham - who taught Ilana the tradition of frying Malvah. Dishes include fresh tomatoes and a hard boiled egg, and a homemade green smoothie (with all ingredients sourced and prepared at home). Frozen jachnun and malawach are also available for purchase - so you can enjoy these fresh at home! Our products are delivered to local cafes, tourist sites and IDF bases.
